Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this point, we can only deliver within Australia.
Do you offer payment other than paypal?
At this point we only accept PayPal payments, but please contact us to arrange a direct transfer if PayPal truly doesn’t work for you: email@example.com
Can I choose what colour items I receive?
We randomly select any colours we are including in the parcels. If you have a particular preference, please include it in the notes and we’ll see what we can do!
What are your shipping rates?
We currently offer a flat rate of $6 per parcel.
There is a free local pickup option in the checkout that we use for trade shows and events we attend (Like us on Facebook to see where we’ll be next!).
Do I have to pay GST?
At the moment, we are just a very small business and aren’t registered for GST. Hopefully this changes in the future though so we’ll keep you posted!
How do I return an item?
If you change your mind, you can return the parcel within 14 days of purchase to PO Box 754 Croydon VIC 3136. Items must be unused.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
